We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return Requirements

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• To start a return, email us at sjzmht@163.com with your order number.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund immediately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
